Clinical and sports psychology focused on healing, emotional strength and performance

Hi, I'm Francielle — a registered psychologist and former professional volleyball player. With firsthand experience in high-performance environments, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and an athlete’s mindset to mental health care. My work bridges psychological wellbeing and competitive resilience, helping individuals build emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and purpose.
I support people across the lifespan using evidence-based, integrative approaches that consider mind, body, and spirit. My passion is helping individuals strengthen emotional resilience by understanding the emotional system and learning practical strategies to improve quality of life — whether in daily life, mental health recovery, or sport.
I've developed training programs focusing on skills to improve communication, emotional regulation, and mental resilience.
